Second legs or additional dates beyond July 2, 2027 have not been announced
2026 dates you may see floating around (Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and a Hard Rock Live warmup on Oct. 15) are the current 2026 leg, not 2027 shows

Why a 2027 tour makes sense

Def Leppard are coming off a stacked run. Earlier in 2026 they completed their third sold-out Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace, then played sold-out shows across the UK, Europe, South America, and Mexico. The band's Greatest Hits compilation also charted in four UK charts this summer — two of them in the Top 10 — while their catalog pulls over 11 million monthly Spotify listeners.

The band is also building toward new music. Their single "Rejoice" arrived in early 2026, and guitarist Phil Collen said this summer they've been writing at every spare moment — the working album list had about 18 songs, with frontman Joe Elliott describing it as "nearly two albums" worth of material that they'd pare down to 10 or 11 tracks. An official documentary is set for theatres in early 2027 as well, making this a full-court-press year for the band. The Struts and the Goo Goo Dolls are well-matched touring partners: the Goo Goo Dolls are coming off a heavy summer festival run, and their diamond-certified "Iris" has topped 6 billion global streams.

Ticket and presale info

Tickets go on sale in a staggered rollout: the Def Leppard fan club presale begins Monday, October 12 at 10AM local time, followed by Citi and Verizon presales at 12PM the same day for US dates. Additional presales run through the week, and the general onsale starts Friday, October 16 at 10AM local time via LiveNation.com. $1 from each ticket sold goes to City of Hope for cancer research and treatment. As always, buy through official channels — the band has not announced VIP or fan-package details beyond the standard presale tiers.

Def Leppard remain one of the most reliable arena draws in rock, and this 45-date run looks like the centerpiece of their 2027 — with a new album and a documentary landing the same year. Classic-rock fans planning a full year of shows should also track our Judas Priest 2027 tour dates and Metallica's 2027 tour dates, and keep an eye on the Rolling Stones' 2027 tour if they add dates.
