Why a 2027 tour makes sense

For more than 20 years, Tommy Blaize has been the voice millions of Britons hear every Saturday night as lead singer of the BBC Strictly Come Dancing band. Stepping out from behind the TV orchestra with his own hand-picked band, The Golden Age of Swing lets him do what he does best: Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald and Dean Martin, delivered with the authority of a singer who has performed these standards live on television week after week. Theatre tours of this kind — intimate rooms, a tight band, beloved repertoire — are a proven format for artists of his profile, and the 2027 dates put him in some of England's best-loved regional venues.

Ticket and presale info

Tickets are sold directly by each theatre's box office — The Atkinson (Southport), Bradford Theatres (Ilkley), Buxton Opera House and BEAM (Hertford) — priced around £32–£35 plus booking fees. There is no single national onsale; check the venue page for your city.
