Mötley Crüe 2027 Tour Dates & Schedule

Quick answer

No — Mötley Crüe have not announced a 2027 tour. Nikki Sixx told press during the band's 2026 anniversary run that "no tour plans in 2027 at this point," suggesting the group may take a reset after years of near-constant touring. That said, the band is officially booked for one 2027 live date: their first-ever appearance at Tons of Rock 2027 in Oslo, Norway, June 23–26, with the exact performance day still to be announced. October 2026 check: no 2027 headline tour, venues, or on-sale dates have been announced beyond that single festival booking.

What's confirmed vs. what's still coming

One honest exception: while no tour is confirmed, the band's festival slot at Tons of Rock 2027 in Oslo (June 23–26) is a genuine, officially announced booking — see the lineup announcement below. That remains a single festival appearance, not a tour leg, so we keep this page's status as rumored until a full run of 2027 dates materializes.

The band's 2026 run and 45th anniversary, for context

Mötley Crüe spent 2026 celebrating their 45th anniversary with the "Return of the Carnival of Sins" tour — a 33-show North American run from July 17 (Burgettstown, Pennsylvania) to September 26 (Ridgefield, Washington) that marked the 20th anniversary of the original 2005–2006 Carnival of Sins outing. The tour was the band's big statement of the post-Mick Mars era: with guitarist John 5 now firmly installed alongside Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee, the Crüe played some of their biggest headline shows in years.

On the release side, the band put out the three-track Cancelled EP in 2024 — John 5's recorded debut with the group — and signed with Big Machine Records in 2025. Their last full studio album remains Saints of Los Angeles (2008), and Sixx told Louder in August 2026 that fans shouldn't expect another full-length: the plan going forward is singles and short EPs "whenever inspiration strikes," since, in his view, most listeners only ever hear a single track off an album anyway.

That stance, plus Sixx's mid-2026 comments about possibly stepping off the road in 2027 ("I love playing live but never have been a fan of being on the road for any real length of time"), is why the 2027 calendar currently holds just the one Oslo festival date. With the Tons of Rock 2027 lineup also featuring Judas Priest, Turnstile, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Helloween, the band clearly isn't closing the door on 2027 live work entirely — they're just not committing to a full tour yet.

Ticket and presale info

Nothing to buy yet: with no 2027 headline tour announced, there are no official tickets, presales or VIP packages for 2027 on sale. When Mötley Crüe tour, tickets typically go through Live Nation with artist and venue presales ahead of general on-sale, plus the usual VIP and premium options. The only 2027 tickets that legitimately exist are Tons of Rock 2027 festival passes (presale September 23, 2026, general on-sale September 24, 2026, Oslo time) via the festival's official channels. For now, the Crüe's 2027 calendar has one real pin in it — Oslo in late June. If Sixx changes his mind and a full run gets announced, this page will list every official date the day it drops. Fans of the era should also keep an eye on our Def Leppard 2027 tour dates page — the Crüe's former Stadium Tour co-headliners are always a natural double bill — plus the Bon Jovi 2027 tour dates and Cheap Trick 2027 tour dates pages for the rest of the 80s arena-rock picture.
