2027 Tour (Not Announced) — Updated 2026-10-07

Key facts

Status: rumored
Dates announced: None yet
Tour window: To be announced
Last verified: 2026-10-07

No dates announced yet

We'll add real dates here the moment they're officially confirmed — no placeholders, no guesses.

Quick answer

Not yet — Ed Sheeran has announced no 2027 tour dates. His Loop Tour is still running through December 11, 2026 (Mexico City), and in August 2026 he told fans he planned to "pump the brakes" on touring once it ends. He has, however, referenced plans to tour Europe in 2027 as his last touring for a while — which is the realest hint of a 2027 run from any major act on this site, even though no dates exist. October 2026 check: his official tour calendar shows zero 2027 dates.

What's confirmed vs. what's still coming

⚠️ Not yet announced

No 2027 Ed Sheeran dates, cities, or venues have been announced
His Loop Tour ends December 11, 2026 in Mexico City — his official calendar lists nothing beyond that
The "32-city 2027 World Tour" (Sydney start, London finale) reported by a clickbait site is fabricated, with no official source
He said in an August 2026 fan newsletter that touring Europe in 2027 is planned — but framed it as "the last tour I'm on for a while"
Multiple ticketing sources confirm no official 2027 announcement exists as of October 2026

An honest summary: this one sits between rumor and real hint. Sheeran himself has said he intends to tour Europe in 2027 before stepping back — but intentions are not dates, and until his team posts actual venues and cities, this stays in the "not yet announced" box. Ignore the fabricated 32-city schedule; watch his official channels instead.

Why a 2027 run is plausible anyway

Sheeran's pattern is stadium-scale consistency: the Mathematics Tour (2022–2025) sold over 420,000 tickets across just five Wembley Stadium nights in 2022, and his tours have repeatedly ranked among the highest-grossing of all time. The Loop Tour — his sixth headline tour, built around the September 2025 album Play — has run through 2026 in Oceania, North America, and Latin America, but conspicuously skipped the UK and mainland Europe. That absence is exactly what fuels the 2027 speculation: Sheeran addressed it on Instagram, explaining he was touring with his family and relocating to whichever continent he was touring, and fans read it as a promise that a homecoming leg was still to come.

The August 2026 newsletter adds weight. Telling fans that the North American leg was his "last tour of the states for a long time" and that he would step back after 2027-era touring reads like a man planning one more big run — likely the missing European homecoming — before a long break to write songs and be at home. All of this is credible context, not confirmation. A UK/Europe 2027 leg is the most plausible shape a Sheeran 2027 tour could take, but no venue, city, or on-sale date exists yet.

Ticket and presale info

Nothing is announced, so there are no tickets, presales, or on-sale dates. Sheeran's stadium shows have historically sold out in minutes — his five 2022 Wembley nights moved over 420,000 tickets — so if a 2027 European leg is announced, expect artist presales through his official site first. Do not trust third-party pages listing 2027 dates or selling "early access" packages; reputable ticketing sources confirm nothing official exists.

Frequently asked questions

No dates have been officially announced. His Loop Tour ends in December 2026, and while he has hinted at touring Europe in 2027, his official site currently lists no 2027 concerts.

Effectively yes. In an August 2026 fan newsletter he wrote that the Loop Tour's North American leg was his 'last tour of the states for a long time,' and that 'next year will be the last tour I'm on for a while' — he wants to pump the brakes and be at home after the Loop Tour ends.

No. The claim — a 32-city world tour starting in Sydney in March 2027 and ending in London — comes from a clickbait site with no official source. Neither Sheeran nor his team has announced any such tour.

The Loop Tour ends on December 11, 2026, at the Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes in Mexico City, per his official tour calendar. It has run through 2026 across Oceania, North America, and Latin America.

Play, his eighth studio album, released in September 2025. It debuted at number one in the UK and topped charts in nine countries including Germany, Australia, and Ireland.

Sheeran addressed this on Instagram, saying he was touring with his family and relocating to the continent he was touring rather than commuting. Fans have taken it as reassurance that a homecoming UK/Europe leg — possibly in 2027 — is still possible, but nothing is announced.
