Is Andreas Gabalier Touring in 2027?

Quick answer

Yes — two dates confirmed. Andreas Gabalier will play the Kitzbühel Music Festival on 20 and 21 August 2027 at the Kitzbühel Tennis Stadium in Austria, officially announced by Kitzbühel Tourism, which notes these are his only open-air shows there in 2027. No full 2027 tour itinerary has been announced beyond that weekend. October 2026 check: a wider 2027 tour is still unannounced, but the August Kitzbühel dates are locked in and on sale.

What's confirmed vs. what's still coming

Why a 2027 appearance makes sense

Andreas Gabalier has turned August in Kitzbühel into a fixture: he has headlined the town's summer music festival every year since 2012, and the tennis-stadium weekend routinely sells out thousands of fans, so a 2027 return was widely expected. The 2026 edition ran as the 12th Musikfestival, and the 2027 dates were announced months in advance — a sign of how central this hometown-style residency is to his touring calendar.

The announcement lands while he is in the middle of a busy period: the "10 Jahre Volks-Rock'n'Roller Unplugged" tour spans 38 dates across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in autumn 2026 (including Vienna's Stadthalle and Lucerne's KKL), following the 2025 release of his album Point of No Return. After parting ways with his long-time band in September 2024, Gabalier has been reshaping his live show around fresh lineups and production, which makes the reliably packed Kitzbühel weekend a natural anchor for his 2027 calendar.

Ticket and presale info

Tickets for both August 2027 evenings are already on sale — the official event page points buyers to Ö-Ticket and Ticketorganizer, with VIP tickets handled by Kitz Musik (info@kitzmusik.at). Demand is high: the organizers flagged "coveted" ticket interest when the dates were announced, consistent with the years-long sellout pattern. Because this is his only Kitzbühel open-air appearance in 2027, both nights are the prime pick for fans in Austria, southern Germany, and northern Italy.
