Herbert Grönemeyer Tour 2027

Quick answer

Yes — Herbert Grönemeyer's Arena Tour 2027 is fully confirmed: 20 dates running from May 27 to June 25, 2027, across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, presented by Dirk Becker Entertainment. The run opens in Kiel, mixes arena shows with open-air summer stadium dates, and closes with two nights at Burg Clam in Austria. Several arena shows are already reported sold out.

October 2026 check: All 20 dates are announced and on sale. No additional 2027 dates have been announced beyond the open-air extension.

What's confirmed vs. what's still coming

What could still come: further extension dates if demand continues, plus details on stage production and any special guests. The tour has already been extended once with the open-air summer leg, so additional shows remain possible.

The tour so far, for context

Herbert Grönemeyer is Germany's most commercially successful contemporary musician, with over 20.9 million records sold in Germany alone. Since his 1984 breakthrough album 4630 Bochum, every one of his German-language studio albums has reached number one on the German charts. Mensch (2002) sold 3.15 million copies in Germany and held the top spot for twelve weeks — one of the best-selling German-language albums ever.

International audiences may know him from his acting: he played war correspondent Lieutenant Werner in Wolfgang Petersen's 1981 film Das Boot. He later founded his own label, Grönland Records, after moving to London in the late 1990s.

The 2027 tour arrives on the back of fresh activity. In October 2025 he released the unplugged album Von allem anders – Unplugged N°2, reworking his best-known songs thirty years after his historic 1994 MTV Unplugged performance. The Arena Tour 2027 is built around that renewed momentum, pairing the new arrangements with the stadium-sized classics his audiences expect.

Ticket and presale info

The official ticket partner is CTS Eventim. The open-air extension dates went through an exclusive presale in December, with general sale following at Eventim outlets and via the German ticket hotline (01806 - 57 00 70). According to German ticket press, numerous dates are already completely sold out — including Kiel, both Munich shows, both Hamburg shows, Dortmund and the first Cologne concert — so remaining availability (Zurich, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Hanover and the final Cologne dates) should be booked sooner rather than later.
