Quick answer

Yes — Kenny Chesney is touring in 2027. The Original Vibe Room Tour was announced in September 2026: 20 stadium dates from April 24 (Tampa) through August 28 (Foxborough), with Greylan James opening every show and presented by Blue Chair Bay Rum.

This is a genuine change of plans from what this page previously tracked. Through the summer, the working theory was a possible third Sphere Las Vegas residency — at his July 11, 2026 Sphere finale, Chesney notably did not announce a 2027 return on stage the way he had the year before. Instead, he's going back to stadiums.

The tour, in context

The Vibe Room name is a nod to Chesney's long-running "No Shoes Nation" stadium era — this is his natural habitat, not the Vegas residency circuit. The routing hits all the strongholds: Nashville's Nissan Stadium on July 3 (holiday weekend, expect that one to be an event), two nights at Gillette Stadium to close, and a mix of NFL and college stadiums through the summer.

It also arrives alongside new music: Silver Sands Marina, his first album in three years, released September 25, 2026 — the same day as the general on-sale. And 2025 brought his induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame, so the 2027 run doubles as something of a victory lap.

Country fans tracking the summer stadium circuit should also watch the Luke Combs 2027 tour — his My Kinda Saturday Night stadium leg runs April through June — and the Morgan Wallen 2027 tour page, where we're tracking whether Wallen announces his own 2027 run.

Ticket guidance

General on-sale has already happened (September 25, 2026), so most dates are now in general availability or selling through official resale. Buy through kennychesney.com/pages/tour or Ticketmaster directly — avoid third-party sites listing "VIP packages" that aren't affiliated with the tour.
