Quick answer

Yes — Die Toten Hosen are officially touring in 2027. After the initial 23-date 2026 run sold more than a million tickets, the band announced seven extra stadium and open-air shows for summer 2027, later adding an eighth: a June 29, 2027 return to the VELTINS-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, their first show there in ten years. The 2027 leg runs June 12 through July 10 and closes in the band's hometown of Düsseldorf. October 2026 check: all eight dates are confirmed and on sale; no further 2027 shows have been announced.

What's confirmed vs. what's still coming

✅ Confirmed for 2027

Eight stadium and open-air dates: June 12 (Nuremberg), June 17 (Mannheim), June 19 (Bern, CH), June 23 (Graz, AT), June 26 (Leipzig), June 29 (Gelsenkirchen, added July 2026), July 3 (Braunschweig), July 10 (Düsseldorf, tour finale).
Tour name: "Trink Aus! Wir Müssen Gehen" ("Drink up, we've got to go"), continuing the 2026/2027 stadium tour.
The band is also confirmed as 2027 headliners for Rock am Ring and Rock im Park (tenth and ninth appearances, respectively).
Nuremberg's June 12 opener is already sold out via the band's official ticket shop.

⚠️ Not yet announced

Whether this is a farewell tour: the band has not used the word "farewell," though they confirmed the 2026 album is their last regular studio album and Campino said they wanted to "go all out one last time."
Some secondary ticket listings advertise additional 2027 shows (a July 2 Braunschweig second night, a July 7 Konstanz Bodenseestadion date) that do not appear on the band's officially announced list — treat these as unverified until dth.de confirms them.
No further 2027 extension dates beyond the current eight have been announced.

The tour so far, for context

Die Toten Hosen launched the "Trink Aus! Wir Müssen Gehen" tour in 2026 with 23 dates across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, selling more than one million tickets — at the time, a career-best presale response. Demand was so overwhelming that the band added seven dates for summer 2027, and, citing loud requests from the Ruhr region, an eighth: the VELTINS-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, where Campino said the band has "experienced legendary nights" since its formation.

The tour supports the 2026 album "Trink Aus! Wir Müssen Gehen" (plus the bonus album "Alles muss raus!"), which the band has confirmed will be their final regular studio album. That announcement, combined with the tour's valedictory name, is what feeds the farewell speculation — Rolling Stone reported fans reading the whole run as a goodbye in the band's 45th year, though the band itself stops short of saying it.

Between the two legs, Die Toten Hosen play Argentina one final time (Tandil, Rosario, and Buenos Aires in October 2026), where Feine Sahne Fischfilet joins as support — a nod to the special decades-long relationship the band has with Argentine punks. After the 2027 stadium leg closes in Düsseldorf on July 10, the band returns to Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, which Campino called "an integral part of Die Toten Hosen's history" since the 1990s, for what he described as the "home stretch."

Ticket and presale info

Tickets for the 2027 dates are sold through the band's own shop on dth.de — the official outlet, and the place the band directs fans for the discounted social tickets they traditionally offer. The initial 2027 presale opened in November 2025 and moved fast; the Nuremberg opener is already sold out on the official site, which suggests remaining dates will follow. For the Gelsenkirchen show, VIP tickets for the LaOla section were priced at €329 and sold via tickets.schalke04.de, while standard tickets went through dth.de. If a date shows as sold out, check the official site's exchange channels rather than third-party markups.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The band added a second, 2027 summer leg to their 'Trink Aus! Wir Müssen Gehen' stadium and open-air tour after the 2026 dates sold out overwhelmingly fast. Eight shows across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria run from June 12 to July 10, 2027, closing in the band's hometown of Düsseldorf.

Nuremberg, Mannheim, Bern (Switzerland), Graz (Austria), Leipzig, Gelsenkirchen, Braunschweig, and Düsseldorf. The July 10 Düsseldorf show at the Merkur Spiel-Arena is the tour finale.

The band has not called it a farewell tour, but the speculation is real: they announced the 2026 album 'Trink Aus! Wir Müssen Gehen' will be their final regular studio album, and the tour name translates as 'Drink up, we've got to go.' Campino has said they wanted to 'go all out one last time' before closing that chapter.

Through the band's own site, dth.de — the official ticket outlet for the tour. The June 12, 2027 Nuremberg show is already listed as sold out there, so remaining dates may go the same way.

Yes. They were announced as 2027 headliners — their tenth Rock am Ring and ninth Rock im Park appearance — for the festivals that summer, in addition to the stadium tour dates.

No viral fake posters for the 2027 dates have surfaced. The genuine confusion point is fan speculation that the tour is a secret farewell run — the dates themselves are official and verifiable on dth.de.
